Description:
NCEI will be replacing the Environmental Document Access and Display System, Version 2 (EV2) system. The content and functionality will be available in the NCEI Environmental Records Management system (NERMS). NERMS is an SSO NOAA CAC access-only system.

- The web application access link (https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/EdadsV2/) will be replaced by NERMS
